SEPTEMBER 10- In a press briefing Sec. Carlito Galvez points out home quarantine as one of the culprits in the surge of transmission of Covid-19 in the community.
Galvez believes that this type of quarantine for asymptomatics and mild cases of Covid-19 will not help in containing the virus but rather make it more contagious.
He insisted that this is one of the reasons why there has been extensive community transmission in places with high covid-19 cases.
