Ang ilan sa mga biktima ng Marcial Law ay nagsasabing hindi sila sang-ayon sa pagkapangulo ni Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Anila, ang pagupo umano ni Marcos ay isang “failure to education system.”

“Marcos is not our president, we cannot accept him as the president,” ayon kay human rights activist and Martial Law victim Joanna Cariño, convenor of the Campaign Against the Return of the
Marcoses and Martial Law (CARMMA).

Ayon pa kay Cariño magsasampa ng disqualification cases ang kanilang grupo laban kay Marcos sa Korte Suprema matapos silang ireject ng Commission on Elections (Comelec).

“And this started very early on, a very systematic project of historical revisionism to rebrand and rehabilitate the image of dictatorship and Martial Law that he cannot wash his hands off.”

Binatikos rin nito ang kampanya ng mga Marcos at sinasabing puno ito ng kasinungalingan at panloloko.

“The Filipino people ousted the dictatorship in 1986 and this is a fact of history. And yet how is it that the Filipino people can bring back a dictator?”
