Various vehicles our suffering from North Luzon Express way (NLEX) toll gate that automatically closing while there are cars passing through the gate and hit a lot of wheels.
In a relation to the incident, Mr.Dominic Tiglao one of the victim report about what happened to them when they experienced hitting the car going by the gate with his girlfriend on Monday.
He added that suddenly it closed while passing the toll gate so he just stop the car and get out then check what happen. He immediately report it to the guard on duty and noticed that many motor vehicles our encountering same report and accident.
NLEX management confirm that they had softwar problem at that time. SVP Communication and Stakeholder management Romulo Quiambao said that they already upgrade the software and there will be no more problem after the improvement.
