Expressing their success reports, The Operator of the North Luzon Expressway is saying that barriers-free is the future we want to achieve.
Romulo Quimbo, chief communication officer of the Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation had started implementing barriers-up procedures in toll gates approaching Valenzuela City.
Mr. Quimbo is saying that this barrier-up operation is a test if our toll system is working and effective. “We’re headed towards a totally barrier-less system, it’s really the future but there are requirements, because our infrastructure is not yet ready.” He added.
In an interview Quimbo mentioned that they are very happy that the government of Valenzuela is helping with the traffic enforcement.
