Dwight Ramos, a Filipino basketball player currently playing for Levanga Hokkaido in the Japan B.League, has been selected as the team captain for the Asia All-Stars team in the Asia Rising Star event of the upcoming Japan B.League All-Star Weekend in Okinawa.
