A Simple but Meaningful Wish Aquino explained that her desire for the government-issued IDs is partially practical. “So many online establishments don’t accept the PWD as a valid government-issued ID. I never learned how to drive. I only have my passport,” she wrote. Reaching 60 would finally grant her the senior citizen status that serves as a universally recognized identification and support tool in the Philippines.
Health and Recovery Update Aquino also provided followers with an update on her physical condition following a six-week hospital stay and a minor surgery:
