Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes niluwat Executive Order No. 49 series of 2021 diin naglatid kini og “An order suspending work in all government offices and all forms of classes whether limited face to face or online classes in all levels in the city of Mandaue due to Tropical Storm Rai also known at Typhoon Odette”.
Apan ang pag suspenso sa trabaho sa mga pribadong kumpaniya pagbuot na kini sa management.
“However, the prioritization of employee safety is highly encouraged,” matud pa sa mayor.
Dugang pa ni Cortes nga ang city-wide nga pag suspenso sa trabaho sa mga publikong opisina ug ahensiya gihimo aron ang katawhan kahatagan og saktong preparasyon ug makapasilong sa maong bagyo.
Nagkanayon usab ang mayor nga temporaryong suspendido ang tanang vaccination sites ug vaccination operations ug temporaryo usab nga ihunong ang distribusyon sa pinansyal aid sa mga hingtungdan aron dili makumpirso ang ilang siguridad ug kaluwasan.
“All agencies, whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services,” matud pa maong EO.
Giawhag usab sa mayor ang tanang lumulupyo nga mag andam alang sa pag proteskyon sa ilang kinabuhi ug kabtangan, mag andam og pagkaon, tubig ug uban pang panginahanglanon.
