Mediaman and popular television host, Raffy Tulfo is Cebu’s number one senator by giving him a resounding 1,318,808 votes in the recently concluded May 9, 2022 local and national elections.

Tulfo is followed by popular movie actor, Robin Padilla with 1,315,453 votes.

Comebacking Senator and Antique Representative Loren Legarda won third with 1,168,637 votes.

Former Senator and former House Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alan Peter Cayetano came in fourth with 1,148,582 votes.

Senator Sherwin Gatchalian and Senator Migz Zubiriranked fifth and sixth place as they got 1,074,404 votes and 1,070,023 votes, respectively.

Mark Villar, former Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary and son of billionaire couple, Senator Cynthia Villar and former Senate President Manny Villar, went on to clinch the seventh spot with 1,007,544 votes.

Sorsogon Governor and former Senator Chiz Escudero, who also attributed his popularity to his popular actress-wife-influencer, Heart Evangelista came in the eight spot with 983,673 votes.

Former Department of Defense secretary and former Presidential aspirant Gibo Teodoro was given by the Cebuanos with 887,377 votes that earned him on the ninth spot.

Cebuanos one more time did not failed to vote Senator Risa Hontiveros by giving her 861,973 votes that landed her on the tenth spot.

Senator Joel Villanueva, dubbed as Tesdaman landed on the eleventh spot with 819,310 votes.
