The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is intensifying its year-end tax compliance efforts in Bukidnon, aiming to make sure local taxpayers are accurate, up to date, and fully aligned with their tax obligations. As part of this push, BIR officials are holding seminars and community sessions on how to properly complete year-end adjustments and submit required documents.

At the same time, the agency is boosting its digital transformation efforts in the province. By making more services accessible online, the BIR hopes to reduce compliance burdens and increase awareness among taxpayers in more remote areas.

Overall, the campaign reflects the BIR’s broader goal: to strengthen voluntary compliance through education and support — not just enforcement — ahead of the busy filing season.
