SAN MANUEL, Isabela — A former beauty queen and educator, Lullete Jane Ramilo-De Guzman, was shot dead in front of her home in Barangay Cabaritan on Friday evening, February 13, 2026.

The 32-year-old victim, who finished as a runner-up in the 2013 Miss Philippines-Earth pageant, was inside her Toyota Fortuner when the attack occurred at approximately 6:45 p.m.

Details of the Incident

According to the San Manuel police, Ramilo-De Guzman was in the vehicle with her children while her father had stepped out to open the gate of their residence.

  • The Attack: A lone gunman on a motorcycle without a license plate reportedly entered the premises and fired multiple shots at the victim.
  • Casualties: Ramilo-De Guzman sustained fatal gunshot wounds to her face and side. She was declared dead on arrival at the Manuel Roxas District Hospital.
