An incorporator of the raided Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) hub in Porac, Pampanga, revealed that his name was used without his consent by his former Chinese employer to register the business, Lucky South 99, which operates the illegal POGO hub.

Exploitation and Victimization

In a phone interview, the incorporator expressed his shock and dismay at discovering his and his family’s names had been exploited. “They took advantage of me and my family. I was shocked,” he said. He further explained that he was initially told that all incorporators, including his sibling, would receive salaries as part of the business arrangement. “Kung tutuusin I’m a victim, we are victims also,” he added.

The incorporator expressed his willingness to participate in the investigation to clear his and his family’s names.

Search and Seizure at the POGO Hub

During the ongoing search of the Porac POGO hub compound, authorities recovered several butcher knives and packages allegedly containing shabu. PAOCC spokesperson Winston John Casio commented on the disturbing discovery, noting, “I hate to think kung saan ginagamit ‘yun pero just imagine mga pang matador na patalim.”

Ongoing Investigation

The search of all 46 buildings within the compound is expected to be completed soon. Casio mentioned the need for additional search warrants to employ sniffer dogs due to numerous reports of violence, torture, and alleged killings at the site. “That compound is full of mystery so to speak,” Casio added.
