MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 6,438 out of 18,370 examinees successfully passed the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination.
The results, released on Tuesday, April 7, reflect a passing rate of approximately 35.05 percent. The board exams were conducted across 19 different testing centers nationwide earlier this month.
Two examinees shared the top spot with an impressive score of 94.10 percent:
- Rico Quiñones Elao – Cebu Technological University–Main
- Marc Zendrijk Valdez Pasumbal – Mapúa University–Manila
- Second Place: Benedick Fabruada Molano (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila) – 92.65%
- Third Place: Aina Samonte Dela Cruz (Central Mindanao University) – 92.30%
The PRC recognized the University of St. Louis–Tuguegarao as the top-performing school for this session, achieving a passing rate of 81.29 percent.
The PRC will soon announce the dates for the registration of the Board Certificate and Professional Identification Card (ID). Successful examinees are typically required to register online via the PRC’s official website and personally appear for the oath-taking ceremony.
The release of these results comes at a critical time for the Philippine infrastructure sector, as the government continues to navigate large-scale development projects amidst a challenging global economic and energy landscape.
