Barbie Forteza, known as the Kapuso Primetime Princess, brought an unforgettable burst of energy to the “It’s Showtime” stage this Wednesday, leaving the audience and her fellow hosts electrified. Dressed in a striking bright red dress, Barbie kicked off the show with a spirited dance number that set the tone for the day.

The vibrant atmosphere escalated when Barbie interacted with the audience and hosts. Initially shy, she joked, “Babati po ako? Nahihiya po ako eh,” before enthusiastically greeting the “Madlang People” not once, but three times. Her lively salutations were so powerful that co-host Kim Chiu commented, “Dumagundong ang buong ‘Showtime’ studio!” in response to the uproar her greetings caused.

Encouraged by the hosts and the audience, Barbie upped the ante with another high-energy greeting, this time adding a playful spin, much to the delight of everyone in the studio.

Barbie’s presence on “It’s Showtime” isn’t new; she has been a guest and a judge in the past, particularly during last year’s Magpasikat segment. Reflecting on the show’s current broadcast on GMA-7, Barbie expressed her joy, “Sobrang saya kasi ibig sabihin, mapapadalas na ‘ko dito,” hinting at more frequent appearances in the future.

In addition to her show-stopping visit, Barbie took the opportunity to promote her upcoming series, “Pulang Araw,” touted as the biggest historical action-drama of 2024. The series features a star-studded cast including David Licauco, Alden Richards, Sanya Lopez, Dennis Trillo, Rhian Ramos, Epy Quizon, Rochelle Pangilinan, Aidan Veneracion, and Angelu De Leon, promising to be a major television event.

Barbie Forteza’s latest visit to “It’s Showtime” underscores her dynamic presence and versatility as an entertainer, further endearing her to fans across network lines.
