Actress Bea Binene has officially graduated from culinary school, marking a major milestone in her life. On Instagram, Bea shared her graduation photo and snapshots from the ceremony after completing her Pro-Culinary Asian Studies course at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies (CACS).
In her heartfelt post, Bea reflected on the nearly five-year journey that began in 2019.
“I started in 2019, going straight to class from taping, then the pandemic happened. I went back to school, graduated with my batchmates, but I still continued with make-up classes and OJT,” she wrote.
The course, originally a one-year program, stretched to almost five years for Bea due to her packed schedule and other commitments.
A Challenging but Rewarding Experience
Despite the challenges of balancing work, business, and school, Bea emphasized how much she enjoyed the journey.
“It definitely was not an easy journey. Oo, mahirap, but it was also a fun and memorable ride. Not only did I learn a lot, but I also gained new friends and had a really good time,” she said.
Bea also expressed her gratitude to God, her family, her school, and everyone who supported her throughout her culinary school journey.
“These achievements are all because of You, Lord,” she said. “Here’s to discovering more flavors of life, trying new recipes, and creating dishes. To that pinch of spice that makes life more colorful and worthwhile.”
Finishing with Excellence
Bea didn’t just complete her course—she excelled, taking home a gold medal and two special awards.
Fellow celebrities like Barbie Forteza and Yasmien Kurdi were among the many who congratulated her in the comment section of her post.
A Star-Studded Batch
Bea wasn’t the only notable graduate this year—actress Judy Ann Santos also completed her studies at CACS, making it a memorable year for the culinary school.
With this achievement, Bea Binene embarks on a new chapter, ready to explore her passion for cooking and the “flavors of life.”
