Bronny James, the son of NBA legend LeBron James, has been medically cleared to return to basketball following a cardiac arrest four months ago. The 19-year-old Southern California freshman is set to make his collegiate debut shortly. James suffered a cardiac arrest in July during a workout and was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, which was treatable.

His return to the court is eagerly anticipated, with his next game possibly taking place in Las Vegas against Gonzaga or at a home game against Long Beach State.

This development marks a significant milestone in the young athlete’s recovery and career.
