The Obando municipal government advised residents to stay alert and prepared for potential flooding caused by a sudden rise in river water levels. In a social media advisory, officials stressed the importance of caution and readiness during this emergency situation.
Meanwhile, the Bustos Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) has urged the public to avoid going near riverbanks and to follow evacuation instructions from barangay officials if necessary.
