Carlos Yulo, who won two gold medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics, expressed gratitude towards his girlfriend Chloe for helping him maintain his mental health in the lead-up to the Games.
Yulo, who secured the first-ever gymnastics gold for the Philippines, highlighted Chloe’s support as crucial for his well-being. “I was able to take care of my mental health and well-being. I learned more about myself personally. Through ups and downs, Chloe was really there for me,” Yulo shared in an interview with “24 Oras” on Thursday.
“I’m really grateful that she did not give up on me, she did not give up on our dreams. I’m so thankful to her and so thankful to God that I was introduced to her,” he added.
Yulo and Chloe have been vocal about their supportive relationship, underscoring its positive impact on his journey to Olympic success.
