Mark your calendars! Chelsea Manalo, the first-ever Miss Universe Asia titleholder, will be celebrated with a grand homecoming parade on December 20, 2024.
The parade is set to begin at 4 p.m. at the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. The Miss Universe Philippines organization has invited pageant fans and supporters to attend in their best Miss Universe-inspired outfits to show their love and support.
Celebrating a Historic Journey
Chelsea, who returned to the Philippines earlier this month after competing in the Miss Universe pageant in Mexico, made history by clinching the prestigious Miss Universe Asia title. Despite finishing in the Top 30, she also took home the Best in National Costume award for her striking “Hiraya” ensemble, designed by Filipino artist Manny Halasan.
“This title is an honor I’ll treasure forever,” Chelsea shared upon her return, highlighting her pride in representing the Philippines on the global stage.
