Darren Espanto just treated himself to a “big boy” purchase by buying his dream car—a Cadillac Escalade!
The “It’s Showtime” host took to Instagram to share photos of himself proudly posing with his newly acquired vehicle. Darren reminisced about his childhood, mentioning that his family owned an Escalade back then, which sparked his love for the car. “Been a fan ever since. And now, here we are,” he captioned the post. “Very grateful for all of God’s blessings,” he added.
The comment section of his post was flooded with warm greetings from fans and fellow celebrities. Regine Velasquez, known as Asia’s Songbird, cheered him on, writing, “Wow!!! So proud of you!!! Pasakay naman oh,” humorously asking for a ride in his new car.
Apart from his singing career, Darren is currently one of the hosts of “It’s Showtime,” which made a highly successful debut on GMA-7 earlier this year in April. The noontime show has since delivered several trending moments and is also being aired on GMA Network’s GTV.
