David Licauco had a playful dig at his friend Dustin Yu after the latter was nominated for eviction in Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.
Following the announcement on Sunday night that Dustin and Ralph De Leon are among the duos up for eviction, David took to social media to joke about it. Referring to his new film, he teased, “Baka maabutan mo ‘yung ‘Samahan ng mga Makasalanan’ pala,” complete with a laughing emoji. He even offered to cover Dustin’s movie tickets: “Sagot ko na ‘yung movie tickets he he.”
“Samahan ng mga Makasalanan” marks David’s debut in comedy and features a star-studded cast including Sanya Lopez, Liezel Lopez, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, Joel Torre, and more. The film follows Reverend Sam, a church deacon in Sto. Cristo, as he navigates the quirks and chaos of Kalye Makasalanan.
The film is directed by Benedict Mique and produced by GMA Pictures, now showing in cinemas across the Philippines.
