Travelers at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 can now enjoy enhanced connectivity with the introduction of free fiber Wi-Fi, courtesy of Converge. This service, launched on November 14, is part of a broader initiative to provide complimentary Wi-Fi across all four NAIA terminals and other major airports in the Philippines, including Mactan-Cebu International Airport and Davao International Airport. Registered users of the public Wi-Fi will have access to two hours of free browsing per day. Additionally, Converge subscribers with GoFiber accounts can avail up to six extra hours of internet access for five devices, and Surf2Sawa prepaid fiber internet subscribers can get six additional hours for two devices. This initiative follows the launch of free Wi-Fi in NAIA Terminal 4 in July. Terminal 3, being the airport’s largest hub, handles around 60,000 passengers daily. Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista confirmed the upcoming expansion of free Wi-Fi services to Terminals 1 and 2, marking a significant step towards enhancing airport services and aligning with global connectivity standards.
