A fire broke out in a residential-commercial area in Taytay, Rizal, on Saturday night, affecting around 20 houses. The blaze started before 9 p.m. at the corner of Naval Street and Rizal Avenue and reached the second alarm, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). It was finally extinguished before midnight.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the property damage.
