Gabbi Garcia, known for her versatility in fantasy, drama, and thriller genres, has her sights set on something new: a girls’ love (GL) series.
Following her contract renewal with GMA Network, Gabbi told GMA News Online that she’s eager to try roles she hasn’t explored before, particularly in the GL genre. “It’s a role that I haven’t done. So yes, why not?” she said with enthusiasm.
While she refrained from revealing her ideal co-star, Gabbi emphasized that a strong script would be her top priority.
The Kapuso star also expressed interest in fashion-centric roles, citing inspiration from films like The Devil Wears Prada. “I’m just really game to explore more,” she added.
Currently, Gabbi headlines the GMA and Viu series Slay and continues to shine as a TV host. She recently co-hosted Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition Collab and the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant.
