On Instagram, the Kapuso Global Fashion Icon shared a snapshot of a heart-shaped white cake, crafted by Chef Castillo Fuentes. The cake featured an arrow through it and the playful word “charaught” written across.
“Two weeks till #Chapter40,” Heart captioned the post.
Born on February 14, Heart will ring in her special day on Valentine’s Day.
Last year, she opted for a cozy celebration in her pajamas, surrounded by her closest friends and family, including her husband, Chiz Escudero.
