Liza Soberano has officially parted ways with James Reid’s music label, Careless Music. The record label made the announcement on Instagram Stories on Saturday, confirming that Soberano was no longer under their management as of July 29, 2024.
“It has been a pleasure to have represented her, and we wish her the best in all of her endeavors,” Careless Music said in the statement. Soberano first signed with the label in 2022.
Earlier this year, Liza made her Hollywood debut in Lisa Frankenstein, where her performance alongside Cole Sprouse and Kathryn Newton garnered positive reviews from American film critics. She also made notable appearances at the 2024 Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Japan and served as a jury member at the 1st Ho Chi Minh International Film Festival.
In addition, she was featured as the “cover star of the day” for Dutch magazine Numero Netherlands last July.
