Miguel Tanfelix and Kokoy De Santos experienced the intense nature of “Running Man Philippines” firsthand, leading to a clinic visit following a particularly grueling Name Tag game.

The Aftermath of the Name Tag Game

In an Instagram post, Miguel shared the extreme toll the show’s signature Name Tag game took on him and his fellow contestant, Kokoy De Santos. The post included a photo of both actors lying in clinic beds, hooked up to IV bags.

“Just had my first name tag ripping and this is what it felt like,” Miguel captioned. “And then there’s the aftermath, a trip to the clinic with my co-sakitin runner.”

Apologies and Determination

Miguel also included videos from the game, showcasing his efforts to steal medals from Mikael Daez, to whom he issued an apology in the caption. “Sorry Kap huhu bawi ako sa next episodes promiseeee,” he wrote, noting his commitment to perform better in future episodes. Despite the ordeal, Miguel was named the first Name Tag Ripper of the second season.
