Mikael Daez is fully embracing his role as a new dad, and fans are loving the heartwarming glimpse into his family life.
In a recent Instagram post, the Kapuso actor shared adorable photos of himself cradling his newborn son with wife Megan Young. Their beloved dogs, Soba and Chia, can be seen nearby, gently adjusting to life with the newest family member.
“The two doggos have been SOOOO patient and curious around the baby,” Mikael wrote. “They’re happy just being around him.”
One photo also showed their baby flashing a “horanghae” hand gesture, made popular by Seventeen’s Hoshi, with Mikael playfully calling him a future “K-pop baby.”
In the comments, Megan Young chimed in with a shoutout to Mikael’s “Dada duties”—which include burping, diaper changes, and singing lullabies.
The couple, who married in 2020, welcomed their first child in May, marking a joyful new chapter in their lives.
