Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks continue to dominate the 2025 NBA All-Star fan voting, topping their respective conferences as the third set of results were released on Thursday.

In the Eastern Conference, Antetokounmpo leads all players with 3.49 million votes, while in the Western Conference, Jokic has garnered 2.92 million votes to take the top spot.

Backcourt Leaders

  • West Guard: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder leads with 2.41 million votes, followed by Golden State’s Stephen Curry (1.79 million) and Dallas’ Luka Doncic (1.68 million).
  • East Guard: LaMelo Ball of the Charlotte Hornets is ahead with 1.91 million votes, with Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell (1.55 million) and Milwaukee’s Damian Lillard (1.27 million) trailing behind.

Frontcourt Race

In the West:

  • Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James ranks second with 2.59 million votes, followed by Phoenix Suns’ Kevin Durant at 2.5 million votes.

In the East:

  • Boston Celtics’ Jayson Tatum is second with 2.84 million votes, while New York Knicks’ Karl-Anthony Towns holds third with 2.46 million votes.

Voting Details and Timeline

Fan voting accounts for 50% of the selection process for All-Star starters. Current NBA players and a media panel contribute 25% each. Voting closes on January 20, and the starters for the All-Star Game will be announced on January 23.

The 2025 NBA All-Star Game is set to take place on February 16 at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
