Filipino-American singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo says she’s already looking ahead to her next visit to the Philippines — and she can’t wait to go back.
Rodrigo made her mark in the Philippines during her 2024 concert tour stop in Manila, and she found the warm reception from her Filipino fans especially meaningful. She described the visit as “special” and expressed how much she wants to explore more of the country beyond just the concert stage.
Asked about her next trip, she said she hopes to return sometime next year and this time visit more scenic spots — islands, beaches and non-concert venues included. “I went to Manila … I want to go outside of there too,” she said.
For fans in the Philippines, it’s good news: it looks like Rodrigo’s connection with the country goes beyond the stage, and she’s ready to deepen that bond.
