A road accident on Christmas morning left one person injured after an SUV overturned and crossed into the opposite lane on the Skyway at-grade near the Alabang Interchange in Muntinlupa City.
According to a report by GMA Integrated News’ Ian Cruz on X (formerly Twitter), the SUV was struck by a passenger jeep, forcing it from the southbound lane to the northbound lane. The vehicle also collided with another car on the northbound side.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported among the occupants of the second vehicle.
The incident caused significant traffic congestion on the northbound side of the Skyway at-grade, with delays extending beyond the Alabang Viaduct.
