The Quiapo Church has extended an invitation to all Catholic faithful to attend a special mass this Saturday in honor of the late Pope Francis.
According to a Super Radyo dzBB report by Mao dela Cruz, the mass will be a moment of thanksgiving and remembrance for Pope Francis, affectionately known by many Filipinos as “Lolo Kiko” or “Grandfather Kiko.”
The mass is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. Worshippers are encouraged to offer prayers for the eternal repose of Pope Francis’s soul and reflect on his impactful legacy as the 266th leader of the Roman Catholic Church.
The celebration will bring together priests, church officials, laypeople, and parish representatives from various communities.
