“My bag had a laptop, but luckily, I had my wallet and cellphone with me,” the victim said.
🚔 San Mateo Police Chief Lt. Col. Jonathan Ilay stated that the suspect is likely a repeat offender. Authorities are now tracking the suspect’s motorcycle plate and will request identification details from the ride-hailing company.
