Rochelle Pangilinan is officially part of the Sparkle GMA Artist Center family!
In a contract signing event on Tuesday, Rochelle was welcomed by GMA Network Inc. Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes and Sparkle GMA Artist Center First Vice President Joy Marcelo. Accompanied by her talent manager, Perry Lansigan, Rochelle expressed her excitement, likening the moment to a birthday celebration.
“I’m thrilled because my family has grown. I’ve been with GMA for a long time, and they truly know how to care for their artists. I’m excited for this new chapter in my life,” Rochelle shared.
Gozon-Valdes expressed her enthusiasm for Rochelle’s future at Sparkle. “Rochelle, thank you! You’ve been with GMA for so long, but today, we’re welcoming you differently. You’re now doubly Kapuso as you join Sparkle,” she said. “You’ve achieved so much, played many memorable roles, and I’m sure there’s more to come. Welcome to Sparkle!”
Marcelo also shared her gratitude and excitement, particularly for the younger Sparkle stars who look up to Rochelle. “We’re truly blessed to have you with us. I’m speaking from the heart when I say thank you for joining us. I’m excited for Sparkle’s younger stars because they have so much to learn from you.”
Rochelle currently stars as Amalia Dimalanta-Torres in the series “Pulang Araw,” playing the aunt of characters portrayed by Barbie Forteza and Alden Richards. Before becoming an actress, Rochelle gained fame as a member of the iconic dance group The Sexbomb Girls, known for their performances on “Eat Bulaga” and the hit series “Daisy Siete.”
