Sanya Lopez is looking forward to having her own family in the next few years — ideally by the time she turns 32.
In an interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda aired Friday, the 28-year-old actress shared that she feels ready to enter a serious relationship this 2025.
“We’re not getting any younger,” Sanya said. “I think it’s time, as long as I’m handling my work well and it doesn’t interfere with my career.”
For Sanya, having a life partner and building a family is a significant goal. “As a woman, I want that too. Hopefully, I’ll have a family by 32 or 33,” she added.
Right now, Sanya is taking her time getting to know someone new. “I’m in that stage where I really want to understand a person deeply. I’m not looking for a short-term relationship anymore,” she said.
She also hopes her future relationship will be centered on faith. “I want God to be at the center. If a man fears the Lord, then maybe I can come second, and that’s more than enough.”
On the career front, Sanya will soon appear in the film Samahan ng mga Makasalanan, alongside David Licauco, Joel Torre, Liezel Lopez, Jay Ortega, Betong Sumaya, and more. The film hits cinemas on April 19.
