Six mayors of Cebu’s First District are the newest officials here to express their support to the candidacies of Bong Bong Marcos and Inday Sara Duterte.
The six mayors are Talisay City Mayor Samsam Gullas, Naga City Mayor Christine Chiong, Carcar City Mayor Mercidita Apura, San Fernando Mayor Lakambini Reluya, Sibonga Mayor Lionel Bacaltos, and Minglanilla Mayor Elanito Peña.
These mayore joined the visit of Marcos and Duterte In Cebu on Thursday, December 30, 2021 and were introduced to UniTeam by Cebu Fifth District Representaive Duke Frasco and Liloan Mayor Christina Gracia-Frasco.
This developed as the Uniteam of Marcos and Duterte brought in tons of relief goods and cash assistance for the people of Cebu’s Fifth District.
The Uniteam gave P1 million financial assistance and 3,000 sacks of rice for the municipality of Liloan.
Mayor Garcia-Frasco, who is Duterte’s spokesperson and husband, Rep. Frasco, received the donation.
The Frasco couple also thank the Uniteam for the satellite broadband and two generator sets.-(April Therese Tan)
