The anticipation for “Squid Game 2” is building!
On social media, the South Korean dystopian series released a teaser showcasing the new set of players for its sequel. The video introduced new contestants, including players 124, 380, 390, 388, 007, 044, and 120, among others.
The teaser also reintroduced Lee Jung Jae, who will reprise his role as Player 456, Seong Gi Hun, the winner of the first “Squid Game.”

Netflix has announced that “Squid Game” will have two more seasons, with the second season premiering on December 26 and the final season arriving in 2025.
According to Netflix, Season 2 will be set three years after the events of “Squid Game.” Player 456 remains determined to find those behind the game and end their brutal sport. However, the journey to dismantle the organization is more perilous than he expected, requiring him to re-enter the game.
Returning alongside Lee Jung Jae are Lee Byung Hun, Wi Ha Jun, and Gong Yoo. The new cast includes Yim Si Wan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Gyu Young, Lee Jin Uk, Park Sung Hoon, Yang Dong Geun, Kang Ae Sim, Lee David, Choi Seung Hyun, Roh Jae Won, Jo Yu Ri, and Won Ji An, adding to the ensemble of colorful characters in the new season.
