
MANILA, Philippines — Following the launch of the government’s fuel relief program on Tuesday, the Department of Energy (DOE) released the official list of the 52 participating gas stations in the National Capital Region (NCR) where public utility jeepney (PUJ) and UV Express drivers can avail of the ₱10-per-liter diesel discount.
The subsidy is part of the “United Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport” (UPLIFT) program, aimed at easing the financial burden of the global oil crisis.
The DOE has strategically selected stations along major transport corridors to ensure maximum accessibility for drivers.
1. Commonwealth Avenue (Quezon City)
- Petron: Commonwealth corner Pearl St.; Commonwealth near Tandang Sora.
- Shell: Commonwealth Ave. (Northbound and Southbound stations).
- Caltex: Commonwealth Ave. near Philcoa; Commonwealth near Regalado.
- Phoenix: Commonwealth Ave. Fairview.
2. Quezon Avenue – España Boulevard
- Petron: Quezon Ave. corner West Ave.; España near UST.
- Shell: Quezon Ave. (Delta); España corner Lacson St.
- Caltex: Quezon Ave. near Banawe.
- CleanFuel: Quezon Ave. (near Biak na Bato).
3. Zapote Road (Las Piñas)
- Petron: Alabang-Zapote Rd. near SM Southmall.
- Shell: Zapote Rd. corner Marcos Alvarez.
- Caltex: Alabang-Zapote Rd. near Moonwalk.
- Seaoil: Zapote Rd. (Pamplona).
4. A. Bonifacio Avenue (Cloverleaf – Blumentritt)
- Petron: A. Bonifacio near NLEX entry.

- Caltex: A. Bonifacio near C3 Road.
5. Rizal Avenue (Monumento – Carriedo)
- Petron: Rizal Ave. Extension (Grace Park).

- CleanFuel: Rizal Ave. (Sta. Cruz).
6. Marcos Highway (Marikina – Pasig)
- Petron: Marcos Highway near Santolan Station.

Qualified drivers must follow these simple steps at any of the stations listed above:
- Bring the Registered Vehicle: The discount is linked to the vehicle’s plate number.
- Inform the Attendant: State that you are availing of the P10 subsidy before fueling begins.
- Verification: The attendant will encode the plate number into the DOE system.
- Instant Discount: The ₱10-per-liter deduction will be applied automatically to the total bill (max of 150 liters per week).
Energy Secretary Sharon Garin noted that this is only the first phase of the rollout. More stations in the NCR and provincial regions are expected to be added to the list as the DOE validates more participating outlets. Drivers are encouraged to look for the official “UPLIFT Fuel Subsidy Participant” posters displayed at gas station entrances.
