Nedy Tantoco’s death on the evening of February 8 marks the end of a remarkable era for Rustan’s, a beacon of luxury retail in the Philippines that was founded by her parents, Ambassador Bienvenido Tantoco, Sr. and Gliceria Rustia-Tantoco, in 1952. A funeral mass is scheduled for February 16 at the Santuario de San Antonio Parish, also in Forbes Park, Makati, offering a moment for all who were touched by her life to pay their respects and celebrate her legacy.
