It’s official—2NE1 is reuniting for a highly anticipated concert titled “Welcome Back.”
YG Family announced on X (formerly Twitter) that the concert will take place at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul, South Korea, from October 5 to 6. Tickets will be available for purchase starting August 5.
Earlier this week, YG Entertainment, the group’s former agency, revealed plans for 2NE1’s comeback and a world tour to commemorate their 15th anniversary. Following their Seoul performance, the group will head to Osaka in November and Tokyo in December.
Sandara Park, one of the members, expressed her hopes of performing in the Philippines, delighting fans with the possibility of additional tour dates.
2NE1 last reunited in May for a photoshoot celebrating their 15th debut anniversary. Their most recent live performance as a complete group was in 2022 during CL’s set at Coachella.
The iconic group, consisting of Sandara, CL, Bom, and Minzy, is known for hit songs such as “I Don’t Care,” “I Am The Best,” and “FIRE.”
