In a tragic event, a 21-year-old Grade 11 student was fatally shot inside his school in Cotabato. The incident occurred while the student and a classmate were on stage setting up for an event. The shooter approached and fired at the student, an act witnessed by other students.
Police are investigating the motive behind this horrendous act, considering the victim’s role as an active auxiliary in CAFGU (Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit) as a possible factor. The victim’s family is yet to respond to this tragic incident.
