Things may be looking up between actress Arra San Agustin and her ex-boyfriend, PBA player Juami Tiongson.

During her appearance on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on Thursday, Arra confirmed rumors that she and Juami have reconnected. “We’re talking again. That’s a good sign,” she shared, recalling a past interview where she described Juami as her ideal partner.

“I haven’t found anyone who measures up to him—or even comes close,” Arra admitted. While she has had suitors, she said she values a deeper “connection” and “feeling” above all else.

When asked why Juami remains her standard, Arra highlighted his personality. “He’s very loyal and patient. He’s one of the few people who has seen my true self, the version of me that even my closest friends don’t see,” she said, comparing his familiarity with her to that of her immediate family.

The Black Rider star expressed hope that their current talking stage might lead to rekindling their romance.

Arra and Juami previously ended their relationship in October 2022 after experiencing challenges in 2021. Despite their breakup, Juami accompanied Arra to the GMA Gala Night in 2022.

Juami now plays for the Terrafirma Dyip in the PBA, while Arra is gearing up for her new Kapuso romcom series My Ilongga Girl, set to air in 2025.
