A fire erupted in Barangay 103, Tondo, Manila, late Thursday evening.
According to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the blaze began at the intersection of Trinidad and Lacson Streets around 9:50 p.m. Responders swiftly managed to control the fire, which had escalated to the second alarm, by 10 p.m.
