A 22-year-old man from Batangas, raised by his widowed father, has achieved an impressive feat by topping the November 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Examination (PHLE).
His success story resonates with many — not only because of his academic achievement, but also because of the personal hardship he has overcome. Despite the challenges of growing up without a mother, his determination and hard work have clearly paid off.
