Lapu-Lapu City is one of the areas in Cebu that was heavily devasted by Typhoon Odette toppling 70 percent of its electrical posts plunging the city in total darkness, no internet connection and no water for several days.
Although some areas in the city now have electricity, water and internet connection but majority of the residents are still struggling for the lack of it.
