In her post, Spears expressed that her songwriting is now purely for personal enjoyment or for other artists, revealing her role as a ghostwriter. Over the past two years, she has written over 20 songs for other artists. Additionally, Spears addressed misconceptions about the unauthorized release of her book, affirming her contentment and sense of being loved.

Despite stepping away from producing her own music, Spears has been involved in notable collaborations, including working with will.i.am on the song “Mind Your Business” and with Elton John on “Hold Me Closer.” Her personal life has also been eventful, with a recent divorce from Sam Asghari, whom she married following the dissolution of her controversial 14-year conservatorship. Spears also authored an autobiography titled “The Woman in Me,” released in October​​.
