Cleanfuel has officially addressed and refuted circulating rumors that Dominic Roque, the brand’s ambassador, was awarded a gasoline station, labeling such claims as unfounded and incorrect. This clarification comes in the wake of speculative social media chatter suggesting Roque had been given ownership of a Cleanfuel station, a notion the company and Roque, through legal representation, have firmly denied.

In a detailed statement, Cleanfuel articulated that the allegations about Roque owning a station under their brand are entirely baseless. “We want to set the record straight by categorically denying the rumor that Mr. Roque was given a Cleanfuel gasoline station,” the company emphasized. Over the past six years, Roque has served as a brand ambassador, a role in which he has significantly contributed to portraying the brand’s image and aiding its success through professional representation.

Moreover, Cleanfuel underscored its operational model, stating it neither offers nor grants franchises to individuals. The company highlighted its commitment to providing alternative fuel options, such as Auto liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), alongside diesel and premium fuels, emphasizing its role as a pioneer in offering cleaner and cost-effective fuel solutions.

The dispelling of these rumors followed statements from Roque’s legal team, who echoed the company’s stance, stressing that all Cleanfuel stations are corporate-owned and dismissing the ownership claim as inaccurate. The actor’s legal representatives and Cleanfuel have both addressed the misinformation following speculative comments made by Cristy Fermin in her vlogs.

Atty. Jesus “Bong” Suntay, a leading partner at Cleanfuel, also responded to the rumors, finding humor in the unintended publicity the speculation brought to the company while reiterating the inaccuracy of such claims.

This clarification comes amid recent news of Roque and his former fiancée, actress Bea Alonzo, calling off their wedding, further attracting public attention and speculation around Roque.
