Coney Reyes revealed in a recent interview that she has received several matchmaking offers for her son, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, but insists she doesn’t interfere in his love life. In her appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on September 2, the veteran actress admitted that many people find Vico appealing, with some even suggesting potential partners for him.
Reyes clarified that while people often approach her with matchmaking ideas, she maintains a hands-off approach. “I don’t meddle,” she explained, adding, “I used to ask him about his love life, but I stopped doing that.”
Reyes expressed confidence in the values she instilled in Vico and her other children, trusting that they know what they’re doing when it comes to their personal lives.
Vico is Reyes’ son with Eat Bulaga host Vic Sotto. She also has two other children, LA and Carla, from her previous marriage to former basketball player Lawrence Mumar.
