Her final gown, designed by Mark Bumgarner, remains a closely guarded secret, inspired by two iconic Filipino women. Dee’s commitment to expressing her personality extends to her fashion choices, including her preference for denim outfits, which she considers a part of her unique identity.
Despite the busy schedule, Dee expressed a desire to explore more of El Salvador, known for its beautiful tourist destinations. Her participation in the national costume show was strategic, aimed at surprising the audience and promoting Philippine tourism.
Dee’s approach to handling criticism reflects her maturity and focus on personal progress. She appreciates the feedback from her Filipino supporters, acknowledging the intense support and solidarity they have shown.
As the pageant draws near, Dee shared a heartfelt message of gratitude to her supporters, recognizing their overwhelming love and support. Looking ahead, she anticipates returning to the Philippines around November 25 or 26, depending on the outcome of the Miss Universe 2023 finale.
