Former actor John Wayne Sace was arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 43-year-old man in Pasig City. According to an initial report from the Pasig City Police, Sace allegedly shot the victim multiple times on the evening of October 28. Hours after the incident, Sace posted a cryptic message on Facebook, hinting at issues related to drug dealings and threats against his family.
Sace, once a Star Magic artist, was known for his roles in shows like Home Along da Riles, Spirits, May Bukas Pa, Guns and Roses, and Ang Probinsyano, and the film Dekada ’70. In 2016, he survived a shooting in Pasig that resulted in the death of his companion. At the time, Sace was reportedly on a barangay drug watch list.
