Gerald Anderson has addressed and dismissed recent speculation surrounding his relationship with Julia Barretto.
In an episode of “Toni Talks” on YouTube, the actor confirmed that he and Julia are still happily together. “No, we’re okay,” Gerald assured host Toni Gonzaga, silencing rumors of a breakup.
He even mentioned taking Julia to the airport earlier that day, saying, “She’s heading to Dubai, that’s why I was up early.”
Gerald also praised Julia’s impact on his life, describing her as deeply loving and nurturing. “She’s very caring, very motherly—just like her mom, Tita Marj [Marjorie Barretto],” he said. “The values she holds, the love and support she gives—they push me to become better and give my 100 percent.”
The couple publicly confirmed their relationship in 2021. This came after previous controversies, including Julia being linked to Gerald’s 2019 breakup with Bea Alonzo—a topic Julia addressed in 2024 by taking responsibility for her part in the incident.
